I was just thinking about you!
And had a few things I wanted to tell you...
I am your Shepherd.
I will feed you, and hold you close to My heart.
I will carry you in My arms.
I see your troubles.
But, have you not heard?
Have you never understood?
I am the Everlasting Father, the Creator of all the Earth.
I never grow weak.
I never grow weary.
No one can measure the depths of my understanding!
I give power to the weak.
Trust in Me, and you will find new strength.
You will soar high on wings like eagles.
You will run and not grow weary.
You will walk and not faint.
I have called you, saying - "You are My servant."
I will not throw you away!
Don't be afraid, I am with you!
Don't be discouraged, for I am your God!
I will strengthen you.
I will help you.
I will uphold you with My victorious right hand.
Those who attack you will come to nothing.
For I am holding your hand - I, the LORD your God!
And I am saying to you, "Don't be afraid!"
I am here to help you.
I will pay attention to your prayers.
I will never withdraw My unfailing love.
Your life is in My hands.
I will bring you to a place of great abundance.
I will flood your heart with light.
I will give you confident hope.
I am far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else.
My Word stands forever!
I am coming!
You will say, "Who has done such mighty deeds?"
It is I, the LORD, the First and the Last...
I alone am He!
Even before I made the world I chose you...
And I love you!
Forever yours...the One who was, and is, and is to come,
Abba

Hi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteWhat an encouraging and uplifting Love Letter from God! I'm glad that I found it in my inbox this morning.
Blessings and peace.
MTJ
This is awesome and encouraging! Thank you! Check out my homeschool blog because I am giving you the Versatile Blogger Award!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
What an encouraging reminder about our loving Father. (Just when I needed it. Thanks.)
ReplyDeleteDid you write this? Wow, Sharon!! I just love your gift for putting the Word into new words.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite line/verse:
"I have called you, saying - You are My servant.
I will not throw you away!"
From one who struggles against feeling like the throwaway child, I really love this. I'm going to find the corresponding verse(s) of inspiration.
Don't tell me... I will enjoy the hunt.
I loved this!
I loved this - especially the statement, "I will pay attention to your prayers."

Kimberly - Thank you so much! Your prayer was very touching, it really spoke to me. The last week I have been reading my Bible, LISTENING to the words as if it was a letter from God (because after all, it really IS). It's been such a comfort, hearing Him speak every day to my heart. Thinking of you, and sending xoxo's to you, too!
ReplyDeleteMTJ - It's a GOOD thing to get God in your inbox, isn't it?! Really enjoyed your post today - very thought-provoking. Thanks for your insights - you encourage and uplift me, too!
Shellie - THANK YOU! I will head on over to your blog...God bless you!
Denise - I'm glad that you were encouraged! (Isaiah is so full of verses that are fortifying, comforting, and affirming...I'm happy to share His Word!)
Debbie - OK, I'm not going to ruin the "surprise" - just a hint...I used the New Living Translation. I struggle with those "throwaway" issues, too. But, God is so good...HE SPEAKS. I'm just trying to listen better, and trust what He says about me...that He really and TRULY loves me! That He has chosen me, and called me...(and He feels that way about you, too, my friend!)
Sandra - Thank you. I, too, am SO GLAD that He listens! I will head over to your post, and read your stories...I know that I will be encouraged AND inspired!
Betty - I'm really glad you enjoyed this. I have really enjoyed reading Scripture the last few days in this personalized manner. God wants to talk to us - His Word is alive! Like you said, HE IS GREAT, and He is FOR us! A miracle of grace!!
GOD BLESS, everyone!!
Sharon, what a blessing you are to your children. A true woman of faith "Blessedly Leaning On God!"
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
